IconVarious Management Information reports can be generated in this module such as Guest reports which can be of daily basis or monthly basis, details of check-in guests, payment status of a particular Guest etc. Similarly in Hotel Report section information about daily and monthly sale, booking details about room availability, advances received etc. can be obtained.
IconThe module has the feature to control & track the Assets allocated to rooms and return back from rooms to central store. Information can be obtained about the location of assets room wise and on consolidation basis.

Back Office:-
This module is a very powerful tool for the hotel. The module is capable of taking control of complete functions of accounting from recording payments, receipts, expenses, inventories etc. The module has the ability of taking control & maintaining a record of financial transactions happening at functional levels simultaneously, giving unparalleled advantage of financial control to the top management situated far away from the functional place. Through this module, the organisation will be able to generate various account reports such as Trail Balance, Balance Sheets, P&L A/C etc. apart from other day to day reports normally required from accounts department.

Through this module the hotel can control the activities associated with the restaurant. The module has the ability to record orders right from the table. The module helps in generating the bill and collecting the payment.

Kitchen:-
This is one of the powerful modules to control the complete activities of the kitchen from receiving materials from store, returning of the materials to stores, taking control of inventories lying in kitchen at any time, recording all the purchases made by and for kitchen. It has been featured to generate various reports to the management such as items received, consumed in the kitchen at any given dates, inventory details at store kitchen etc. The module maintains the stock ledgers and can generate stock reports. Apart from this the module has the potential of creating comparison report between Standard Food Recipe and the actual use of materials which helps to control the cost.

Banquet:-
This module is for the management of the Banquet activities from hiring of the banquet to the services rendered to the hirer. It controls the movement of materials from store; kitchen and other services provided to during the period of hire to the banquet and generate the invoice accordingly. It helps in analyzing the cost of materials & services via the revenue generated during the hired period of banquet by guest/client.
