Room Bookings: Take control of the activity of the room booking and confirming advance bookings Advance: Receive from guests Service: Rendering of normal to additional services and billing in guests account. Billing: Generating bills for the check-out guests along with information of various statutory taxes collected from the guest. Various Management Information reports can be generated in this module such as Guest reports which can be of daily basis or monthly basis, details of check-in guests, payment status of a particular Guest etc. Similarly in Hotel Report section information about daily and monthly sale, booking details about room availability, advances received etc. can be obtained. The module has the feature to control & track the Assets allocated to rooms and return back from rooms to central store. Information can be obtained about the location of assets room wise and on consolidation basis.  The module has an inbuilt ability to ensure the quality of input data by tracking the user's interface with the system. Each and every input data is relatable to User's login detail. The details of the availability of Room, list of Check-In-Guest can be obtained without login to the program.

Back Office:-

This module is a very powerful tool for the hotel. It has been featured to generate various reports to the management such as items received, consumed in the kitchen at any given dates, inventory details at store kitchen etc. The module maintains the stock ledgers and can generate stock reports.
